Lady Skyhawks Named Conference Co-Champions

The Skyhawks were co-champions of the Arrowhead Conference with a record of 9-1, and they placed 4 players on the All-Conference team: Hannah Wilson, Lexi Greve, Aleah Wight and Jaida Dean.

At yesterday’s Region 4 meeting, the brackets for the Regional Tournament were set, and the All-Region team was announced. Sauk had 3 players named to the All-Region team: Aleah Wight, Hannah Wilson and Lexi Greve. They open up the Regional Tournament on Saturday, 11/9 with a 2pm match against South Suburban. The Skyhawks would have to win on Saturday, then twice on Sunday to advance to the national tournament.   

Sauk (26-13) wraps up their regular season tomorrow night against 24-12 Bryant and Stratton (from Milwaukee). It will be Sophomore night for our 4 sophmores (Emily Shrimplin, Aleah Wight, Jaida Dean and Hannah Wilson).
